A 5% platform fee applies to every job or order sold between SupplyRoute-connected buyers and suppliers, including repeat orders with no time cutoff. At closing, the buyer pays the fee unless both parties agree to split it. Itemized freight, duties and taxes are excluded from the fee basis.
