SupplyRoute

The SupplyRoute platform fee

Every sale. One clear 5%.

A 5% platform fee applies to every job or order between buyers and suppliers connected through SupplyRoute. Repeat orders carry the same fee with no time cutoff.

The buyer pays by default. Buyer and supplier can agree to split that same fee equally or choose a custom split. Each party gets an invoice for their share when the deal is closed. Supplier profiles are free; buyer subscriptions cover sourcing tools separately.

The split divides one 5% fee; it never adds another 5%. Final invoices are generated when the deal is closed. Separately disclosed processing charges, if any, are additional.

Calculated on the final sale

At closing, confirm the final product or service subtotal after agreed changes, cancellations and refunds. Separately itemized freight, duties and taxes are excluded.

Choose who pays

On a $10,000 sale, the total fee is $500. Buyer pays: $500 buyer / $0 supplier. Equal split: $250 each. A custom split can assign any whole percentage of the fee to each party, including 100% to the supplier.

Close deal → receive invoice

An authorized workspace administrator confirms completion, the final subtotal and the agreed split. SupplyRoute then generates a numbered fee invoice for each party with a nonzero share, available to download as a PDF. Payment timing follows the accepted agreement.

Every repeat job counts

Each subsequent sale between the connected buyer and supplier carries the same 5% fee, including directly arranged repeat jobs. Record and close each sale separately. Report any later refund for invoice review; issued invoices are not silently overwritten.

RoutePass rewards: each side earns credits equal to 5% of the net platform fee after SupplyRoute verifies payment. Credits apply to future fees with the same trading partner, up to 25% of each party’s fee share. Explore RoutePass.

Written agreement is required for the fee allocation. Existing accepted agreements keep their terms unless both parties agree to an update. Invoices are generated in the workspace; email delivery and automatic card charging are not enabled by closing a deal.
